Service Description
Seatigo operates a platform connecting diners (Users) with partner restaurants (Restaurants). We facilitate table reservations and provide restaurant management tools. We do not prepare food and are not responsible for the dining experience.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a reservation.
- You agree to honour any reservations made through our platform.
- If you cannot attend, you must cancel in advance per the Restaurant's cancellation policy.
Restaurant Responsibilities
- Restaurants are responsible for maintaining accurate availability on the Seatigo platform.
- Restaurants must honour all accepted reservations made via the platform.
- Food allergies or dietary restrictions accepted by the Restaurant are their sole responsibility to fulfil safely.
Booking Rules
Reservations are confirmed immediately upon successful booking. High-demand slots may require a credit card guarantee. The cancellation policy (including any no-show fees) is set by the individual Restaurant and will be presented before you confirm.
Payments
Seatigo is free for Users making standard reservations. If deposits are required by a Restaurant, they may be processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. Seatigo is not liable for completed transactions related to the dining bill unless explicitly managed through our app.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, David IT Solutions SRL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Seatigo platform, including unfulfilled reservations, downtime, or disputes between Users and Restaurants.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
